The Waiting Game

I am waiting for the go ahead of an interview with a dietitian from UPMC, hopefully that will go through. In the meantime, I am researching the market strategy of fast food companies to see what these people do to get us so hooked on their food.

In other News I've practically completed my application to the IUP Culinary school, so I'm quite excited on that subject.
